business.phonepe.com is PhonePe's merchant acquisition platform — the first touchpoint for businesses onboarding to PhonePe's payment suite. I led the frontend from zero to production across 7 pages, owning every architectural decision: SSR strategy, performance budget, CMS integration, and deployment pipeline. All pages are statically generated (SSG). Customer Stories and Articles are driven by Strapi CMS with listing and detail pages.
Main acquisition surface for 4.7+ crore merchants — full product suite, marquee brand trust signals, and lead-capture CTA.
- Built the hero with animated payment illustrations, trusted-brands marquee (40+ logos), and primary CTA.
- Implemented the "All-in-One Payments" tabbed section covering App/Website, In-Store, and Plugins verticals.
- Built the testimonials carousel, FAQ accordion with structured data, and full footer link matrix.
Flagship product page — integration benefits, 1.95% limited-period pricing, video testimonial carousel, and developer ecosystem.
- Built the hero with the "1.95% FREE" offer badge, feature grid, and rotating merchant testimonials with video (7 brands).
- Built the "Comprehensive Solutions" section and centralised dashboard preview.
- Implemented transparent pricing card and developer section with Shopify, OpenCart, WooCommerce plugin logos.
Share payment links via WhatsApp/SMS/email — 3-step flow, 15+ vertical use-cases, and PCI-compliant trust messaging.
- Built the animated 3-step flow (Create → Share → Get Paid) and 6-card benefits grid.
- Built the 15+ vertical use-case carousel covering Travel, Healthtech, Retail, BFSI, Logistics, Freelancers and more.
- Implemented PCI DSS compliance badge, transparent pricing, and plugin integration callouts.
D2C-focused page targeting cart abandonment reduction — ecommerce solutions grid, merchant testimonials, and plugin integrations.
- Built the D2C hero and "Empower Your E-commerce Business" solutions grid (AutoPay, International, Dynamic QR, Pay on Delivery).
- Integrated ecommerce-specific testimonials with growth metrics (655% for Pebel, 600+ cities for Flower Aura).
- Implemented plugin section (Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart) and FAQ covering gateway vs. wallet, PCI compliance.
B2B referral program page targeting developers and agencies — 0.20% commission per transaction, two-track structure, 3-step onboarding.
- Built the hero, two-track structure (Service Partners / Technology Partners), and 6-benefit grid.
- Implemented the 3-step onboarding flow: Sign Up & KYC → Refer (referral link) → Earn (automated monthly commissions).
- Integrated merchant testimonials and FAQ covering eligibility, referral mechanics, and commission structure.
Strapi CMS — SSG listing + detail pages for brand stories with video testimonials, metrics, and rich-text content.
- Built the listing page (card grid with brand logo, headline, video/read-more CTA) and featured stories hero.
- Implemented the detail page template: Strapi rich-text, brand quote, key metrics, and embedded video.
- Integrated Strapi at build time via getStaticProps — zero runtime API calls, per-page OG images and structured data.
Strapi + Lexical CMS — SSG listing + detail pages with SEO-optimised slugs, Article schema, and per-route OG metadata.
- Built the paginated listing page (category tag, title, description, read-more) and "Load More" with SSG.
- Implemented the detail page rendering Strapi Lexical rich-text: headings, lists, inline code, and callout blocks.
- Integrated Strapi at build time — all routes pre-rendered, human-readable slugs, Article schema, and OG metadata per article.
